“Hey Stanley… just a quick thanks for letting me sit in on this case today. I loved being able to see what you taught me in actual operation. You’re the man, buddy! Let me know what happens in this case if you hear back from them.  Be well, my friend.” — Donald H. Mason (Ret.  Florida Circuit Court Judge)

“…I wanted to thank you again personally for the excellent (as usual) session yesterday. Although this training session was in the “new normal” electronic format using Zoom, it was just as interesting and dynamic as the ones conducted previously in person. You have a good teaching and instruction style and a dynamic personality that is well fitted to the needs of mediating for both newer and older, more experienced attorneys and non-attorney mediators.

Mediation has some strategic nuances that are similar to trying cases, such as the “be prepared for anything and everything” philosophy that you encourage, but has a major departure with the position of being a neutral party in the case, rather than an advocate. Your practical advice in these small groups is very effective in helping prior advocate attorneys “bridge the gap” to neutrality”

— David Owen, Esq. Fort Myers

“Thank you for the awesome training and for being raw/real with us in making us understand what a true mediator is and what it takes to be an effective one to provide value to the process of mediation. We’re also truly appreciative for the wealth of knowledge you shared with us. Please keep in touch. ”  –Michael A., Esq.

“This was a great class because of the instructor, Stanley… The virtual platform was outstanding it allowed someone like me to participate fully and remain 100% engaged even if I am not so good with technology”  — Besty M.
